Problem Note 46173: A SAS/SHARE® client that is using TCP and that receives a system abend x22 might require a subsequent cancel

If you are executing a SAS/AF® program, the program becomes unresponsive if
- the program uses SAS libraries that are allocated to a SAS/SHARE server,
- the SAS/SHARE server is using TCP as its communication access method (option COMAMID=TCP), and
- a system abend x22 occurs.
In this situation, the client task must be canceled.
The most common x22 system abends are as follows:
122 - (Operator cancel dump taken)
222 - (Operator cancel no dump taken)
322 - (CPU time exceeded TIME limit defined for task)
522 - (task has exceeded inactive WAIT timeout period as defined in the JWT)
To circumvent this problem, specify the SAS system option NOSTAE for the client session.
